We are on holiday in the Viking’s Retreat. It is great to move in for a few days while we are gardening. Yesterday’s job was to install the new ‘Head’ and further planting in the pond area to make the most of a view right the way through the garden!
Karl has been cooking outside, making the most of this fantastic weather. Barbecued trout and fried sardines followed by Seafood Orzo. Absolutely delicious!
